Orders and Returns

1. This form should be filled within 10 days of receiving the product.
2. Return is only applicable on the unused/sealed products.
3. You will receive a call from our representative within a week, after filling out this form.
4. The return delivery charges will be charge from the customer.
5. Return process is NOT free if you have any personal change of mind / size / shade reason of return.
6. Return is not applicable on the free promotional items.
7. Refund can only be processed via Bank Transfer.
8. Refund will be done within 10-15 days.
